We created this Soft Skills Training course as part of Softflew’s Summer Training & Apprenticeship Program, so you don’t just learn concepts, you practice behaviours that win interviews, strengthen teamwork, and accelerate career growth. Through role-plays, live feedback, and real workplace scenarios, you’ll develop clarity in communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership habits that deliver results.
